International Shipping

We currently support foreign currencies, guaranteed order totals and international shipments for all countries that covers by DHL and FedEx.

We ship items within 1-3 business days of when you place your order.

Shipping Charges

International shipping is calculated during checkout based on a number of factors including: the mode of transportation; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code. Any difference in price is a result of additional delivery costs being built into the product prices on the website, enabling international customers to make a judgment on whether the price is competitive before proceeding to checkout. Coral Sculpture does not profit in any way from these additional shipping costs, and is simply passing along the expense of delivering an order to the destination. We're constantly working towards solutions to reduce shipping costs.

Order Status and Tracking

Our website is designed to accept only one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Estimate Delivery Date

Before you confirm your order, we give you the estimate delivery date. The estimate delivery date is merely a facilitation to give the buyers an idea about delivery date before they pay the amount and it does not bound us to deliver your purchases on the estimated delivery date.

Return Policy

We do not accept the returns as there are hefty shipping costs are involved in delivering and returning a product.

We strongly recommend you to check the products before confirming your order. You can also contact us for any details which are not available online.

In case, the customer insists us on returning, Customers will be responsible for all the costs, including packaging, insurance and shipping costs (to and from).

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will not be waived. Any defective items delivered need to bring to our notice by emailing us the multiple photographs taken from the various angels within two days from the receipt of items to process your claim for refund. You do not require to send the damaged items back to us untill we inform to do so. Failure to do will cease your right of refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Please Note: Exchanges must be handled as a return and re-order for a replacement item.
